I will never take my pets anywhere besides Veazie Vet. I've had some really bad vet experiences in the past, usually ending with me walking out crying because of the way they treated me or my fur family. I knew we were in the right place at our first appointment almost two years ago, when the vet tech went and got one of her coworkers to see how pretty and unique my cats markings were. As a "crazy cat lady" it meant the world to me that someone thought my boy was as awesome as I do. Since then, they have never hesitated to answer my million questions over the phone, or when I stop by. I think the real "wow" moment for me was when my cat broke off one of his claws really really short and I brought in a picture to ask if it needed medical attention. Instead of realizing that I would pay just about anything to get him healthy and comfortable, they said it looked okay for now, and told me what to watch for and at what point he would need to be seen. They are unlike anyone else in this field. I've always been able to schedule an appointment within 2 days, but almost always the same or next day, and they interact with my boys the way I would. Honestly, anywhere in the state...veazie vet is worth the drive.
They are awesome here. They listen, sit on the floor, comfort you and your animal and take a genuine interest.
Outstanding! My dog was sick and of course it happened when all the vets closer were closed! We drove 2 hours,showed up to the door without an appt on a Saturday! They could have turned us away, but nope! The front staff was super nice, got us in ,offered us coffee and then boom we were in a room!The vet tech, was excellent ! Then the doctor came in, i figured this was the point that we would get the" rushed "feeling for coming in without an appt. But I was so wrong! This guy could teach a class on bedside manners! He did not rush us, he actually listened to my concerns and questions,and addressed each one! Advised me what our options were, took his time with us. Going to the vet can be so stressful when your fur-baby is sick and this hospital was amazing! 2 hours away, but worth the drive and now they will be our vet for all our babies! Not enough stars for them,need a dozen more!!

My cat Kikko hates vet visits. Every time we go to Veazie Vet Clinic, the staff are always friendly and helpful. Dr. McCaw works with Kikko wherever she is most comfortable, whether it's on the table, the chair, the floor, or in the corner. They always go out of their way to make Kikko comfortable. I do love the separate entrances for cats and dogs, I think Kikko finds it helpful too. She's scared of seeing dogs, and the waiting room setup helps keep her as calm as possible. Would recommend Veazie Vet Clinic 100%.
